Warm smiles amid challenges

The staff at the front desk were friendly, and the daily room cleaning was thorough. The coffee served in the morning was surprisingly good, providing a nice start to each day.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning could not be adjusted properly, making the room either too cold or too hot. while the bathroom was clean, there was a strange odor that required some extra attention.

The cleanliness needs attention!!! The noise levels from other guests and nearby roads are disruptive, making early mornings a hassle. having to request a 'do not disturb' sign is a bit absurd!!!
